Why would you consider doing a past life regression? How can viewing a past life end my anxiousness and panic fits? How is it feasible to even hook up with a memory from another lifetime? To reply to these questions, first it's vital to understand a bit about the subconscious. The subconscious mind stores all our life's memories, experiences, thoughts, feelings and sentiments; even all our memories from other lifetimes as well. Why can't we remember these other lifetimes? Simply because if we probably did, how would we learn? We are here in each lifetime to learn and grow from our experiences. Anxiety and panic attacks occur when there's an irrational and illogical amount of fear flowing thru your mind. Logically, you know there is no reason to be in so much fear, but no matter what you assert to yourself, you start to sweat and panic, your heart beats speedily and your intelligence fills with terror. Your body starts shaking and shaking, forcing you to be short of wind and bringing a feeling of being smothered. You may feel dizzy and unsteady or maybe even feel just like you are choking, all with an overpowering fear of dying. A phobia develops when your anxiety and panic becomes so out of all proportion or unrealistic with reality that you find yourself persistently avoiding the situation. When you feel troubled about what might happen when or if you face one of your phobic situations, the mere thought can set you into a fever. Then your fear was caused in another lifetime, this anxiety and panic usually does not end until your unconscious mind really connects with the memory of what caused it. In that moment, it releases the energy charge out of your body and mind. The instant of death in another lifetime causes such tremendous fear, that it carries this memory over into another lifetime. The last thoughts we have currently of our death from another lifetime contain the most powerful reaction of memory. So there are times when something happens to us in our present life to fire those traumatic moments of another lifetime. Most often we do not remember the past life event, but we are able to essentially experience the way that we felt at that moment. For instance, if you've a phobia of driving on the freeway or over a bridge, your intellect may suddenly say, "I can't get out. I'm trapped." The phobia of being stuck on that driveway or bridge makes you think, "I'm afraid, I'll lose control and crash." You find yourself overcome with the dread you'll crash, bracing yourself to beat off the thoughts of driving off the bridge and falling to your death. During past life regressions, it's been discovered that fear of driving on freeways and bridges for many individuals was caused by a life-time when a person was in a functioning relationship or wedding and wanted it to finish, but had a phobia of not having the ability to get out of it. That life ended tragically while being encircled in it and finished by their loved one. While reviewing the current lifetime, it's discovered the anxiety started when brooding about desiring to get out of their wedding, relationship, job or even wanting out of their mother and fathers home during their aggressive childhood. It is the feeling of being encircled and having no way out. How will this translate to driving on the turnpike? Because the last thoughts at the time of death from the previous life were, "I'm surrounded. I have no control. I can't get out." Simply driving down the freeway, having to change lanes, but being unable to because there are too many vehicles on the expressway, can make you feel out of control and your intelligence speaks the same words, "I'm encircled. I can't get out." An event from another lifetime is what has led to this fear. Having the same thoughts and feelings in your mind now, as you did then, is what triggers it. This is why it is troublesome to work out what was causing the fear; it wasn't from this lifetime. Experiencing the past-life removes and neutralises the energy charge, getting rid of your anxiety and fear. A hypnotherapist trained in regression therapy can take you under hypnosis to your past life. You'll be guided into a calming state of mind like a dream state, but you are not asleep. The hypnotherapist will lead you into a past life where you'll then describe what you are experiencing. It takes just one 2 hour session to bare your past life and end your anxiety.
